Business Development Executive – MEP & Technical Services

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Business Development Executive – MEP \& Technical Services** to generate new business opportunities and develop long\-term client relationships in Dubai. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate new leads and business opportunities for MEP, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, duct cleaning, renovation, and technical services. * Approach property management companies, facilities management companies, developers, hotels, schools, offices, warehouses, and other potential clients. * Arrange client meetings, site visits, and presentations. * Follow up on inquiries, quotations, proposals, and potential projects. * Build and maintain a strong database of prospective and existing clients. * Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals. * Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets. * Maintain regular follow\-up with clients and develop long\-term business relationships. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in business development or B2B sales in MEP, facilities management, maintenance, contracting, or technical services is highly preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market. * Ability to generate leads independently and actively visit potential clients. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.** * Must be proactive, target\-driven, organized, and capable of working independently. **Commission:** Attractive **sales commission/incentive based on achieved sales and business performance**. **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
