Business Development Executive – Medical Center

Company: V HOPE Medical CenterLocation: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai Employment Type: Full\-timeSalary: 3500\-4000 per month plus performance\-based incentives V HOPE Medical Center is seeking a proactive and results\-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our medical and aesthetic services. Key Responsibilities: * Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into appointments. * Conduct corporate, community, and outdoor marketing activities. * Build partnerships with companies, hotels, gyms, salons, pharmacies, and other relevant organizations. * Coordinate social media, digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns. * Promote the center’s medical, aesthetic, laser, dental, dermatology, and gynaecology services. * Identify new patient\-referral channels and business opportunities. * Support patient\-retention and re\-engagement initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, conversions, and revenue generated. * Achieve agreed monthly business\-development and revenue targets. * Submit regular activity and performance reports to management. * Ensure promotional activities comply with applicable healthcare advertising requirements. Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing. * Experience in a UAE medical center, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare organization is preferred. * Understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and field marketing. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently. * Good organizational and reporting skills. * Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. * A valid UAE driving licence is preferred. Compensation: AED 3,500–4500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience, plus performance\-based incentives.
