Business Development Executive

**Profile Summary** We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our lathe workshop who can drive sales \& bring business, build client relationships, and secures business. Ensure business growth for our lathe and CNC workshop \& enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will generate leads to acquire new B2B clients, and secure contracts for precision machining, fabrication, and custom parts manufacturing. **Job Description** **Generation \& Prospecting:** Identify prospective clients (e.g., in manufacturing, construction, oil \& gas, and automotive) through cold calling, networking, and market research \& initiate Business Development activities. **Client Engagement:** Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their manufacturing requirements and present our lathe/CNC capabilities **Technical \& Commercial Proposals:** Collaborate with the Estimator/GM to prepare accurate bids, cost estimates, and technical proposals **Negotiation \& Closing:** Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, converting inquiries into long\-term business partnerships **Account Management:** Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands in the local engineering and machining sectors Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
