Business Development Executive

**Job Description** * Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities. * Understand student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs. * Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk\-ins, and follow\-ups. * Maintain detailed records of leads, follow\-ups, and conversions in CRM tools. * Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets set by the management. * Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and persuasion. * Conduct counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in\-person meetings. * Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities. * Provide accurate information about course fees, documentation, and admission procedures. * Build strong relationships with students to support higher conversion rates. * Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding. **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confidence and persuasive speaking ability * Ability to understand student requirements and offer solutions * Good sales skills with a goal\-oriented mindset * Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage * Multitasking and time\-management abilities * Positive attitude and willingness to meet targets Interested candidates please share your cv to , or whatsapp your CV to \+ \.
