Business Development Executive - Dubai

Results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is critical in actively prospecting new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets while converting marketing-generated leads into long-term client partnerships while. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in manpower services, staffing solutions, or business services, understands workforce outsourcing models, and can effectively communicate value propositions to C-level and procurement decision-makers. This is a performance-based role with an attractive commission structure. · Proactively identify and create new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research · Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals. · Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and client onboarding. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Procurement, and Operations. · Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on both white-collar and blue-collar outsourcing as well as direct hire segments Any Degree with experience in business development. Experience in manpower services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or business services (HR solutions). Proven track record of closing B2B deals with contract values of AED 500K. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
