Business development executive

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Business Development Executive Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Bericht Global Consulting Department: Business Development \& Marketing Role Overview Bericht Global Consulting is seeking a dynamic and client\-focused Business Development Executive to support our growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, representing the company in the market, building relationships with prospective clients, and strengthening Bericht’s presence in Riyadh. The Business Development Executive will also act as one of the front\-facing representatives of Bericht Global Consulting in KSA for business development, networking and marketing activities. Key Duties \& Responsibilities 1\. Identify and approach prospective clients in Riyadh and across KSA. 2\. Arrange, attend and follow up on client meetings. 3\. Introduce Bericht Global Consulting, its services and capabilities to potential clients. 4\. Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into clients. 5\. Maintain regular follow\-up with prospects until closure and collection. 6\. Build relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and professional networks. 7\. Represent Bericht at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions and other relevant forums. 8\. Participate in company podcasts, reels, videos and other social\-media content. 9\. Act as a front\-facing representative of Bericht for approved marketing and promotional activities in KSA. 10\. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for proposals, client requirements and service delivery. 11\. Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and collections. 12\. Submit periodic business\-development and sales reports to management. 13\. Support other reasonable business\-development and marketing activities assigned by management. Compensation Fixed Salary: SAR 5,000 per month Monthly Collection Target: SAR 25,000 Incentives will be provided. Business Expenses Reasonable petrol/fuel expenses incurred for approved client meetings and official business\-development activities will be reimbursed by the company, subject to the company’s reimbursement policy and submission of supporting records.
