The team is committed to professional service and building long\-term relationships with clients seeking reliable VAT expertise. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Business Development Consultant role based in Dubai. The consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities for Golden Standard Tax, focusing on clients who require VAT\-related services. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include generating leads, engaging prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored service offerings. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals and business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high\-quality service delivery. The consultant will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to help refine business development strategies. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and structure effective growth strategies. * Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Communication to build pipelines, connect with prospects, and present services clearly and persuasively. * Candidates should possess Consulting skills to understand client needs, provide suitable VAT service recommendations, and support long\-term client success. * Relevant experience in tax, accounting, financial services, or professional services business development is beneficial. * Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, are preferred. * Ability to work independently on\-site in Dubai, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined targets and deadlines. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
