Business Developer Pharma

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Business Development professional** to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand our pharmaceutical business across target markets. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market. * Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, hospitals, and key customers. * Develop and manage sales pipelines and achieve business/revenue targets. * Conduct market research and identify new products, customers, and market opportunities. * Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, partnerships, and contracts. * Coordinate with sales, regulatory, supply chain, and technical teams to support business opportunities. * Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and regular sales reports. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing**, or a related field. * **2–5\+ years of experience** in pharmaceutical business development, sales, or commercial roles. * Strong knowledge of the **pharmaceutical industry and market**. * Existing network with pharma companies, distributors, or healthcare organizations is an advantage. * Strong **communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship\-management skills**. * Ability to achieve sales and business development targets. * Good proficiency in **MS Office and CRM tools**. * Strong English communication skills.
