Business Analyst

**Role Overview** UF Groups AS is seeking an analytical and results\-driven Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution teams. In this role, you will evaluate operational processes, gather and refine business requirements, perform data analytics, and deliver data\-driven recommendations to support strategic decision\-making, product enhancements, and enterprise growth initiatives across our group operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and cross\-functional teams to identify operational challenges, business objectives, and workflow improvements. * Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non\-functional business requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to uncover business trends and insights. * Map current\-state ("As\-Is") and future\-state ("To\-Be") business processes to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and automation opportunities. * Build interactive dashboards, management reports, and data visualizations to track performance metrics and support executive decision\-making. * Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test scenarios, and coordinate with technical project teams during system deployments and business change initiatives. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in a corporate or group enterprise environment. * Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Dynamics 365\). * Demonstrated expertise in process modeling techniques (BPMN, flowcharting) and requirements engineering frameworks. * Exceptional analytical thinking, stakeholder management, requirement documentation, and presentation skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٤٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
