Business Analyst

• Analyze and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement to enhance operational effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams in delivering effective solutions. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • 5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sectors. • Certification in Business Analysis (such as CBAP or PMI-PBA) to demonstrate professional competence and commitment to the field. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) and familiarity with SQL for effective data analysis. • Must be aware of the DESC ISR.
