As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we're searching for creative talent to join our team. **Role Overview** As a Brand and Community Lead, you will own and grow Sarj AI’s brand and community presence, leading events, exhibitions, meetups, media, PR, and community collaborations that connect our company, products, and people with the wider AI ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** * Own and grow the Sarj AI community, building meaningful relationships with clients, partners, creators, and the wider AI ecosystem. * Lead Sarj AI’s presence across exhibitions, events, meetups, and community initiatives. * Develop and manage community collaborations, partnerships, and engagement opportunities. * Shape a strong and consistent experience across client, partner, and community touchpoints. * Identify and manage opportunities for media appearances, interviews, PR, and press coverage. * Represent Sarj AI at industry events and community gatherings, acting as a strong brand ambassador. * Develop and track initiatives that strengthen Sarj AI’s visibility, reputation, and position within the AI community. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. * Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience in community building, brand, events, PR, partnerships, or a similar role. * Strong relationship\-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients, partners, and communities. * Strong understanding of AI, technology, and emerging industry trends. * Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and events. * Creative, proactive, and confident representing a company publicly, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration. **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a high\-growth tech start\-up. * Collaborative and mission\-driven work culture. * Hands\-on experience with innovative AI products. * Space to share your ideas, be creative, and make a real impact.
