Branch Swimming Teacher

**About Pool Academy:** Pool Academy Aquatics is an international aquatics coaching and training franchise company with 15 years of experience delivering learn\-to\-swim and competitive swimming programs. Our franchise branch has been appointed the exclusive aquatics partner at a leading international school campus in Sharjah, and we are building a passionate teaching team, launching at this branch in September 2026\. **The Role:** * Deliver learn\-to\-swim lessons (Parent \& Toddler through to Stage 6\), aqua aerobics, private and semi\-private lessons following the Pool Academy curriculum. * Support competitive swim squads, water polo and synchro sessions as rostered. * Ensure the highest standards of water safety, supervision and child safeguarding at all times. * Track swimmer progress and complete assessments on our online booking system. * Communicate professionally with parents and school staff. * Complete daily online office hours: lesson planning, progress reports, parent communication and registrations. **Hours of Work:** Tuesday to Thursday 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (poolside) Friday and Saturday 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (poolside) Sunday 8:00 AM – 3:00PM or 3:00pm to 9:00 PM (poolside, rostered shifts) To join online via Google Meet \- mandatory online office hours between Tuesday and Friday: 4 hours per weekday (admin, team meetings, planning and training) **Requirements:** * Recognised swimming teaching qualification (Pool Academy Training (PAT), Swim England, ASCA or World Aquatics qualifications only). * Current lifesaving/rescue and CPR/first\-aid certification * Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience across multiple age groups and multiple abilities * Must hold a self\- or family\-sponsored UAE residence visa (essential – applications without this will not be considered). * Fluent in English; must have excellent communication with children and parents. * Clear background check; strong commitment to child safeguarding. * Able to commute reliably within Sharjah. **What We Offer:** * AED 7000 \- AED 7750 per month (depending on qualification and experience). * Access to Pool Academy Training (PAT) professional development courses. * Be part of an international brand at launch – genuine growth opportunities across four countries (South Africa, UAE, India and UK). * Supportive team culture and structured curriculum resources. **How to Apply:** Apply via Indeed with your CV and copies of your qualifications.
