BRANCH MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS * Graduate in any stream * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in the immigration industry * **3–4 years of branch management experience** * Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and requirements * Sales\-oriented and target\-driven mindset * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong relationship\-building and communication skills * Excellent time\-management and organizational skills * Strong customer service skills * Positive attitude with a passion to learn and grow RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage day\-to\-day branch operations * Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance * Consult clients regarding immigration and visa processes * Achieve sales and branch targets * Maintain excellent client relationships and customer service * Stay updated with global immigration laws and policies * Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and legal standards Pay: AED6,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
