BOQ & Engineering Systems Controller

• Develop and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and cost estimates. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of engineering systems, including project management software and document control platforms, to streamline workflows. • Conduct regular audits of project costs against the BOQ, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain budgetary control. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all technical documentation, drawings, and specifications are accurately reflected in the BOQ and system records. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or project controls within the engineering or construction industry. • Professional certification such as RICS, PQS, or equivalent is highly desirable. • Proficiency in specialized BOQ software (e.g., CostX, NBS) and robust understanding of project management information systems (PMIS).
