Boarding Officer

Supervising the loading and offloading operations of service boats in coordination with vessel operators, suppliers and our spares team. Attending to crew members and superintendents at the gate, including arranging gate passes and providing immigration assistance. Attending vessels at terminals, as and when required, to facilitate documentation and related formalities. Assisting our boarding officers with documentation related to crew changes, including the attestation of Master's Declarations and other relevant documents. Working on a 12\-hour duty schedule, covering both day and night shifts, as required.
