BMS Testing & Commissioning Engineer – Honeywell / Centraline

**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **BMS Testing \& Commissioning Engineer** with strong hands\-on experience in **Honeywell BMS and Centraline NH4** systems. **Requirements:** * 5–6 years of relevant experience in BMS Testing \& Commissioning. * Strong experience with **Honeywell BMS** systems. * **Mandatory experience with Centraline NH4**. * Experience in BMS installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration. * Ability to read and understand BMS drawings, control schematics, and points lists. * Experience in testing controllers, sensors, actuators, VAVs, AHUs, FCUs, HVAC systems, and associated BMS equipment. * Knowledge of BMS communication protocols and integration. * Experience in site coordination and preparation of testing/commissioning reports. * Candidates with Qatar/GCC project experience will be preferred. * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct BMS testing and commissioning activities. * Configure, troubleshoot, and commission Honeywell/Centraline BMS systems. * Perform point\-to\-point testing and functional testing. * Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and MEP teams. * Identify and resolve BMS\-related technical issues. * Ensure systems are commissioned according to project specifications and standards.
