BMS Engineer

• Handle end-to-end BMS project execution • Site coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients • Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues on site • Programming and configuration of controllers (Siemens preferred) • Integration of HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion • Prepare site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings • Ensure quality and safety standards are followed • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required. • Strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) • Siemens BMS experience is preferred (Desigo or similar) • Experience with other BMS systems (Honeywell / Schneider / Delta / Tridium, etc.) is an advantage • KNX system knowledge advantage • Strong understanding of HVAC control systems • Site coordination and project execution skills • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Siemens BMS certification or hands-on experience • UAE project experience
