Biomedical Technology Lead

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Biomedical Technology Lead to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of biomedical equipment and healthcare technology systems. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the safe and efficient operation of medical devices. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment. * Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment lifecycle management. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and vendor teams to support medical technology needs. * Manage equipment performance, inventory, and technical documentation. * Train and mentor biomedical engineering staff. * Evaluate and recommend new biomedical technologies and process improvements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of medical devices, regulatory standards, and preventive maintenance practices. * Experience with hospital equipment management systems is preferred. * Excellent leadership, analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.
