BIM Structural Modeler/Coordinator

Join us in delivering landmark high-rise and residential developments across the GCC. What we're looking for: • 12–15 years of experience in Structural Design Coordination & Detailing • Minimum 4 years in BIM Structural Detailing • Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC • Strong experience in rebar detailing, clash detection, model auditing, and multidisciplinary coordination • Proven track record on large-scale residential/high-rise projects • GCC project experience required; site experience is a strong advantage • Lead BIM-Structural coordination and model quality reviews • Drive clash detection and issue resolution across disciplines • Manage BIM deliverables, workflows, and project standards • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams • Mentor junior team members and uphold BIM best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
