BIM Modeller

• Create 3D drawings ELV & Fire Fighting System & provide back office support to engineering team. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate multi-discipline models, resolving conflicts through clash detection. • Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. • Conduct regular audits of models to ensure data integrity and adherence to project standards, making necessary adjustments as required. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in design principles. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling within the construction or architecture industry, showcasing proven expertise. • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD, demonstrating technical aptitude in advanced modeling techniques. • Relevant certifications like Autodesk Certified Professional or similar, validating skills and knowledge in industry-standard tools.
