• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate multidisciplinary designs and resolve conflicts. • Conduct clash detection and generate reports to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the design process. • Create detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications, to support project deliverables and compliance. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a strong foundation in design principles. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries. • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. • Certifications in BIM methodologies, such as Autodesk Certified Professional or similar, to validate technical expertise.
