BIM Modeler (Wet Utilities)

• Develop 3D models for wet utility networks (pressurized and gravity) using Civil 3D and Revit/Navisworks. • Perform automated clash detection (Navisworks) and coordinate with structural, MEP, and road design teams to resolve conflicts before construction. • Ensure all models comply with LOD 300/400 requirements and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP). • Extract accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) directly from the model. • Manage utility corridors, invert levels, and pipe slopes with high precision. • Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure accurate model version control. • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant drafting/design certification. • 5–8 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure/wet utilities. • Expert proficiency in : AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and Revit. • Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and infrastructure delivery workflows. • Proven ability to resolve complex 3D utility clashes in dense urban environments. • Excellent eye for detail—you must be able to spot an "impossible" pipe run or clash instantly.
