BIM MEP & Electrical Modeler

Role : BIM MEP Modeler (HVAC , Plumbing & Electrical) Experience: 3+ Years Requirements: • Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. • Experience in modeling MEP , HVAC Plumbing and Electrical services. • Knowledge of MEP coordination, clash detection, and shop drawings. • Familiar with LOD standards and BIM workflows. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice will be preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler. • Gulf (UAE/GCC) building project experience is mandatory. • candidate should be in UAE • Prefer Immediate joiner or someone who can start within 7days
