Job description
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline).
* Minimum 3 years of BIM experience
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP is an advantage), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
* Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Drainage and Electrical systems.
* Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model federation.
* Familiar with BIM standards, Level of Development requirements, and project documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of coordinated shop drawings and material submittals.
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
* Attend project coordination and site meetings as required.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience in sports facilities, swimming pools, splashpads, and water features is an advantage.
