Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Coordinatorto join our team based in **Almadinah, KSA** * Advanced Autodesk Revit modelling for Architectural, Structural and/or MEP disciplines * Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD * Familiarity with Navisworks for model review and coordination support * Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 * BIM model creation, updating and maintenance in accordance with project standards * Preparation of shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, elevations and schedules * Revit family creation, modification and parameter management * Understanding of LOD / LOI requirements and BIM modelling standards * Model checking for naming conventions, coordinates, parameters and data accuracy * Support for clash detection and coordination issue resolution * Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows * Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM information management principles * Extraction of quantities, schedules and model\-based information * As\-built BIM model updating and record model preparation * Knowledge of linked models, worksets, shared coordinates and model federation * Familiarity with Dynamo and other BIM automation tools is an advantage * Experience on large\-scale building, hospitality, mixed\-use or infrastructure projects in KSA / Middle East * Ability to coordinate effectively with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Designers and Site Teams Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7\-10 years of work experience partnered with a relevant degree from recognized univeristy or relevant professional qualification.* **Relevant experience** as a BIM Coordinator on high rise buultings/ hotels * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and authority guidelines. * Excellent attention to detail, file management, and coordination with multi\-disciplinary teams.
