THE TEAM As Bell Captain, you will be part of the Concierge team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting to the Concierge leadership team and overseeing the daily operation of the Bell and Door teams. You will work closely with Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Butler Services, Airport Representatives, and Transportation to ensure every arrival and departure is handled with efficiency, care, and genuine hospitality. YOUR ROLE As Bell Captain, you will lead the daily operation of the Bell and Door teams, ensuring seamless luggage handling, guest escorts, transportation coordination, and entrance operations. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating memorable arrivals and departures while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Lead and support the daily operation of the Bell and Door teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring luggage handling, escorts, and transportation coordination are executed seamlessly. Maintain an immaculate resort entrance experience, ensuring the driveway, lobby entrance, and guest arrival areas reflect Rosewood standards. Coordinate closely with Concierge, Butler Services, Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Transportation teams to support guest needs and operational priorities. Supervise and develop Bell Attendants and Doormen through coaching, training, and performance support. Ensure guest requests, deliveries, luggage storage, and special requirements are handled accurately, efficiently, and with discretion. COULD THIS BE YOU?
