Beauty salon Admin / Assistant manager Sales Receptionist

We are seeking a confident and sales\-driven Admin / Sales Receptionist with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage bookings, drive sales, and support content creation for our social media platforms. You will be the face and voice of the salon from client communication to upselling, managing daily bookings, and helping create simple content that reflects our brand. ✅ Key Responsibilities Client Experience \& Sales Manage all appointments, schedules, and follow\-ups through Fresha Handle walk\-ins, WhatsApp, calls, and client inquiries professionally Upsell services, packages, and memberships to meet monthly targets Maintain daily reports, closing sheets, and client records Operations Coordinate technician schedules and support smooth workflow Follow and enforce salon policies and SOPs Ensure front desk cleanliness and professional presentation Handle payments, invoices, and basic admin duties Social Media Content Capture simple photos/videos of services, nails, lashes, results, and before/after shots Support the marketing team with content ideas and client engagement Help maintain the salon’s aesthetic and brand style online Encourage clients to tag, review, and engage with our pages ✅ Requirements Your own Visa Minimum 5 years experience working as a receptionist/admin in a Dubai beauty salon Strong sales skills with proven ability to upsell and close packages Mandatory Fresha experience (bookings, POS, reports) Confident in creating simple social media content (Reels, stories, photos) Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Professional, organised, and proactive personality Ability to work in a fast\-paced, client\-facing environment Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility ✅ What We Offer Attractive salary \+ commission Professional, friendly work environment Training and development Long\-term career growth within the studio Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
