Position: Beautician Department: Spa Reports to: Owner Location: Bahrain About Company \& Role Purpose: A reputable beauty salon in Bahrain is seeking a talented and customer\-focused Beautician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of beauty and spa services, including facials, massages, head and foot spa treatments, waxing, and threading. The role requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high\-quality beauty services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: * **Perform facial treatments tailored to client skin types and needs.** Provide professional massage services to promote relaxation and well\-being. * **Conduct head and foot spa treatments, ensuring a relaxing and hygienic experience.** * Perform waxing services for various body areas with precision and care. **Provide threading services for eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.** * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment. **Ensure all products and tools are properly sterilized and stored.** * Advise clients on aftercare and recommend suitable beauty products. * **Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.** * Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely delivery service. * **Stay updated on latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE Qualifications.** * Open to any experience level (from entry\-level to experienced). **Open to any nationality, but candidate must be currently located in Bahrain.** * Age: 25–40 years old. **Training or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.** * Experience in facials, massage, spa treatments, waxing, and threading is an advantage. * Skills **Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.** Professional and welcoming demeanor.**Attention to detail and hygiene standards.** * Good time management and organizational abilities. * **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.** * Basic English communication skills (spoken); Arabic is a plus.
