This role focuses on crafting classic and signature cocktails, driving revenue through upselling, maintaining bar cleanliness and inventory control, and creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in alignment with 5\-star luxury hotel standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Craft classic and innovative signature cocktails, prepare fresh garnishes and syrups, ensure strict recipe consistency, and deliver prompt, high\-standard beverage service. * Welcome guests warmly, provide personalized recommendations, tell beverage stories, and actively apply suggestive selling techniques to promote premium products. * Handle daily opening and closing procedures, maintain correct stock levels, assist with monthly inventory counts, minimize waste, and control beverage costs. * Ensure the bar counter, equipment, refrigeration, and glassware are sanitized, organized, and compliant with HACCP and local health and safety regulations. * Partner with culinary and service teams for food and beverage pairings, participate in menu engineering, and serve as an active team player during high\-volume shifts and private events. **Skills, Experience \& Educational Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or an equivalent * In\-depth knowledge of international spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and mixology techniques. * Proven expertise in advanced cocktail preparation, presentation, and seasonal menu development. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage guests, handle feedback, and drive upselling. * Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a fast\-paced luxury environment. * Full understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, responsible alcohol service, and flexible availability for shift work, weekends, and holidays.
