Bartender

**Eathai Restaurant Co. W.L.L.** is seeking an experienced and professional **Bartender** to join our Marassi opening team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards. * Maintain the bar area, equipment, utensils, and service stations. * Ensure efficient and professional beverage service. * Maintain adequate stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements. * Follow proper storage and handling procedures. * Minimize wastage and maintain product control. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety requirements. * Handle guest requests professionally. * Coordinate effectively with FOH and kitchen teams. * Complete opening and closing bar procedures. * Follow company SOPs and responsible service requirements. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of relevant bartending experience**. * Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience. * Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations. * Good customer\-service and communication skills. * Professional appearance and confident personality. * Ability to work efficiently during high\-volume service. * Bahrain/GCC experience is preferred.
