**Summary** ----------- Description \- External Alila Jabal Akhdar is seeking an enthusiastic and service\-oriented **Bartender** to join our Food \& Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes. * Deliver a friendly, engaging, and personalized service experience to all guests. * Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage menus, cocktail preparation, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends. * Make recommendations to guests and confidently upsell food and beverage offerings. * Ensure all beverages are presented and served according to established service standards. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and surrounding areas at all times. * Carry out opening, closing, and side duties, including stock replenishment, ice preparation, cleaning, and equipment maintenance. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational requirements to management. * Handle guest enquiries, preferences, and complaints professionally and ensure prompt follow\-up when required. * Record guest preferences and contribute to creating personalized guest experiences. * Serve alcohol responsibly and comply with all legal and hotel requirements. * Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. * Support colleagues and work collaboratively with restaurant, kitchen, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
