Barista Trainer/Sales Representative

YOOCHA MATCHA is a fast\-growing matcha supplier, proudly serving over 1500 cafés across the GCC. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Head Barista/Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team and help us grow even further. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential and existing clients * Lead training sessions to educate clients on proper matcha preparation and usage * Develop and test new matcha\-based recipes through research and taste testing * Create engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms * Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong personal and professional networks * Identify and develop new services or products to meet market needs * Improve operations by reviewing and redesigning existing processes * Research new business opportunities and contribute to marketplace growth * Support the planning and execution of matcha workshops and training events * Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity * Represent YOOCHA MATCHA at expos, trade shows, and other key industry events across the MENA region * Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, distributors, and customers **Qualifications \& Experience:** * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience as a barista, with expertise in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages; * Must be fluent in both English, written and verbal (Arabic is a plus); * Excellent communication and public speaking skills; * Active learner who takes the initiative to improve skills and knowledge; * Well\-presented individual with a polite and engaging personality; * Content creator with an active social media page where content is posted regularly; * Energetic team player who efficiently gets things done on time; * Has a valid UAE driving license (car is a plus); * Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start. ***NOTE: This is an outdoor, client\-facing sales role rather than a café\-based position. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to visit clients and must hold a valid UAE driving licence.*** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Barista: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * Arabic (Preferred) License/Certification: * UAE driving license (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
