Barista Trainer

**JOB DESCRIPTION – BARISTA TRAINER** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Joining:** Immediate We are looking for an experienced **Barista Trainer** who can: * Calibrate fully automatic and semi\-automatic coffee machines * Calibrate automatic and manual coffee grinders * Prepare beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, Spanish latte, and Americano * Conduct barista training sessions * Carry out quality audits at customer locations * Check beverage quality, equipment settings, hygiene, and barista performance * Provide basic troubleshooting and corrective training **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Barista Trainer, Head Barista, or Senior Barista * Strong coffee preparation and equipment calibration skills * Good communication and training ability * Available for immediate joining Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
