Barista (Specialty Coffee Experience)

Responsible for providing ***specialty coffee,*** quality beverages, generally specialty hot drinks and preparing food orders * Prepare, serve and present beverages according to Flat White recipe and presentation standards. Prepares foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and brewing coffee and tea. * Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates. * Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks. * Makes sure the station is properly set and that all side work is completed thoroughly, expertly, and on time following strict server shift mechanics. * Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotions, special and seasonal offerings, and other information related Flat White products and services. * Execute other duties as assigned by Head Barista Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,300\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Specialty Coffee: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * QID with NOC (Required) * FHC (Food handling Certificate) (Required) Work Location: In person
