Barista

**Job description:** We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a friendly attitude, capable of creating a welcoming environment for all customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high\-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: * Greet customers with a smile and take accurate orders in a timely and friendly manner. * Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. * Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. * Prepare and serve sandwiches and other food items according to company standards. * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas. * Handle cash and POS transactions and accurately process payments. * Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels as needed. * Respond to customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required. * Assist with opening and closing duties. * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standard Qualifications: * Previous experience as a barista is preferred. * Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Candidate must be in Bahrain Job Type: Full\-time Immediate join Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
