Key responsibility * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards. * Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately. * Recommend menu items and answer customer questions. * Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, and equipment. * Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed. * Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely. * Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. * Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve complaints when possible. * Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
