Job description
Responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and other café products while providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to café standards.
* Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
* Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
* Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar and beverage preparation area.
* Monitor stock of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
* Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
* Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
* Assist other café staff during busy periods.
* Follow company recipes, SOPs, and service standards.
**Requirements**
* Previous barista experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café beverages.
* Good customer\-service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
* Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude.
* **Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.**
Pay: QAR1\.00 per month
