Job description: * **Beverage Preparation:** Expertly crafting espresso\-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. * **Customer Service:** Greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, taking orders accurately (including specific preferences for dairy/blends), and managing transactions via POS systems. * **Equipment Operation:** Operating, cleaning, and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, reporting any malfunctions. * **Cleanliness \& Safety:** Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including tables, counters, and utensils. * **Inventory \& Stock:** Restocking supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and pastries, and assisting with inventory counts. * **Upselling:** Promoting specialty items, food products, and merchandise.
