Job description
Job Title: Barista
Location: MANTEL
Responsibilities
* Prepare espresso\-based drinks and specialty coffee.
* Prepare matcha and other menu beverages.
* Prepare sandwiches and light food items.
* Operate and clean La Marzocco espresso machines and grinders.
* Maintain drink quality and consistency.
* Keep the work area clean and organized.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
* Previous barista experience.
* Good knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming.
* Experience using La Marzocco machines.
* Ability to prepare sandwiches and light food items.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
* Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
* Positive attitude and attention to detail.
