Barista/Cashier

* Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. * Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment. * Cleaning service and seating areas. * Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers. * Servicing customers and taking orders. * Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies. * Receiving and processing customer payments. * Assisting with the management of health and safety. * Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices. * Managing and training any junior baristas. * Monitoring portion and waste control. * Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards. * Store food products in compliance with safety practices and HACCP. * Maintain Top Hygienic environment at the store. * Communicate with legal and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant withgovernmental regulations.
