• Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee, matcha, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and other signature drinks. • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all beverages. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the beverage station. • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients. • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately taking orders and recommending beverages based on customer preferences. • Follow standardized recipes while maintaining speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. • Proven experience in preparing specialty coffee, matcha, fresh juices, and a wide range of hot and cold beverages. • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and beverage preparation techniques. • Ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and maintaining high operational standards. • Experience in specialty coffee shops or premium cafés is highly preferred
