Upgrade Barbershop JVC is looking for a skilled and professional Barber with a passion for grooming and customer service. The ideal candidate must have experience in the UAE market and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high\-quality haircuts, beard trimming, and grooming services
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation
* Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and styles
* Recommend grooming products to clients
* Ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of barbering experience in the UAE
* Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
* Strong skills in modern and classic haircuts, fades, and beard styling
* Good communication and customer handling skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
