**Job Title: Barbeque Cook** **About Us** We are a well\-established restaurant/catering unit specializing in authentic barbeque and tandoor cuisine. We are looking for an **experienced Barbeque Cook** with **minimum 5 years of hands\-on barbeque experience** to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency in our kitchen operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook a variety of **barbeque and tandoor items** * Handle **charcoal/gas grills and tandoor ovens** safely and efficiently * Marination, skewering, portioning, and pre\-prep for daily operations * Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards * Ensure proper temperature control and cooking times * Follow hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards * Maintain cleanliness of grill, tandoor, and work area * Assist with stock control and report requirements in advance * Work efficiently during peak hours and bulk orders **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Barbeque \& Tandoor Cook * Strong knowledge of **charcoal/gas barbeque and tandoor operations** * Experience with high\-volume restaurant or catering kitchens preferred * Ability to manage independent barbeque/tandoor section * Physically fit and able to work in a hot kitchen environment * Team player with good time management skills * Immediate joiners preferred **Benefits** * Competitive salary \+ overtime * Staff meals provided * Accommodation \& transportation * Visa provided * End of Services * Weekly off * Long\-term job stability and growth **How to Apply** Interested candidates can share their **CV to ** for a quicker response.
