Bar Manager

Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences, community connection, and high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the bar. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bartenders and bar staff. * Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. * Monitor stock levels, order beverages and supplies, and control inventory to minimize waste. * Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area. * Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and financial reports. * Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service regulations. * Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
