Banking sales officer - Credit Cards

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. • Generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, and networking activities. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. • Assist customers with the application process and ensure accurate documentation. • Follow up with customers to complete applications and maintain strong relationships. • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. • Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records in the system. • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally. • Previous experience in credit card sales, banking sales, or direct sales is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Good understanding of banking products and financial services is an advantage. • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. • UAE banking sales experience will be an added advantage. • Candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa, or with transferable visa are welcome to apply.
