Bakery and Pastry chef

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery \& Pastry Chef to lead the preparation and production of high\-quality baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong technical expertise, and the ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and specialty items * Develop and innovate new recipes, menus, and seasonal offerings * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products * Monitor and control ingredient usage, food cost, and wastage * Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for ordering supplies * Supervise and train junior kitchen and bakery staff * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations * Work closely with management to meet business goals and customer expectations * Handle special orders, custom cakes, and event\-based requirements **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef in a hotel, bakery, or restaurant * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment * Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and design * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Good leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high\-volume production or luxury hospitality environments Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
