**Experienced Baker** **We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team.** We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **Baker with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience** in a bakery, café, restaurant, or hotel environment. Requirements * **Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience.** * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes. * Experience preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products. * Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation. * Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required. Responsibilities * Prepare and bake bakery products according to recipes and quality standards. * Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, toppings, and other ingredients. * Monitor baking temperatures and times. * Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation. * Keep the bakery area and equipment clean and organized. * Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. * Assist with daily production and minimize waste.
