##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Handle and process company documents and related information while ensuring all data is entered and maintained accurately. Prepare, arrange, and manage documents required for shipments, dispatch activities, and internal business operations. Update shipment records and status information in the company system, making sure all required details are entered correctly. Maintain the company database by organizing records and ensuring stored information remains complete, accurate, and up to date. Respond to customer requests by providing accurate and timely information regarding shipments, documents, or related matters. Support daily administrative and operational tasks to help maintain an efficient workflow between different departments. Regularly review and update operational records and system information to ensure everything is properly maintained. Work closely with internal departments to identify and resolve documentation, data entry, or shipment\-related issues in a timely manner. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a responsible attitude when handling daily assignments. Previous experience in data entry, merchandising, administration, or a similar role will be considered an advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues and different departments. Well\-organized approach to work with the ability to manage priorities, maintain accuracy, and complete tasks within required deadlines. Good computer skills and confidence in working with digital platforms, company systems, and databases. Ability to communicate professionally and handle difficult or unexpected situations in a calm and practical manner.
