B2B Sales Manager HoReCa & Distribution

Matcha Vibes is building the \#1 matcha brand in the MENA region. Alongside our cafés and events business, we are expanding our B2B matcha distribution across the UAE and MENA. We are looking for a strong B2B Sales Manager to grow sales of our matcha products to: * Hotels and hotel groups * Restaurants and cafés * Specialty coffee and matcha shops * F\&B groups * Distributors and wholesalers * Retail and hospitality partners The Role Your main responsibility is simple: Bring new B2B clients and grow matcha sales. This is a hands\-on sales position. We need someone who is comfortable being outside the office — visiting hotels, restaurants and cafés, meeting F\&B managers, chefs, procurement teams, owners and distributors. You will introduce our matcha, organize tastings and samples, understand the client’s requirements, prepare commercial offers, follow up and close the business. What You Will Do * Build a strong pipeline of HoReCa and distribution clients across the UAE. * Actively visit hotels, restaurants, cafés and F\&B groups. * Find and approach decision makers in purchasing, procurement, F\&B and management. * Present Matcha Vibes products and explain the differences between matcha grades, applications and pricing. * Arrange product samples, tastings and demonstrations. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Follow up consistently and convert opportunities into paying clients. * Develop distributor relationships in the UAE and wider MENA region. * Grow existing accounts and increase repeat orders. * Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and account information. * Work closely with our operations and product team to ensure clients receive the right product and service. Who We Are Looking For We need a salesperson who enjoys hunting for business. You should be: * Strong in B2B sales * Confident in face\-to\-face meetings * Persistent with follow\-ups * Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting * Commercially minded * Good at negotiation * Organized with your pipeline * Focused on closing and repeat business * Able to work independently and take responsibility for your numbers Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, cafés, F\&B groups or distributors in the UAE is highly preferred. Existing relationships with procurement managers, F\&B directors, chefs, restaurant groups, hotel groups or distributors are a major advantage. Experience in tea, coffee, beverages, food ingredients or premium F\&B products is particularly valuable. Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage. KPIs Success will be measured by: * New B2B accounts opened * Monthly sales revenue * Gross profit * Number of qualified meetings and tastings * Conversion rate * Repeat orders * Growth of existing accounts * New distributor relationships * Active sales pipeline Compensation Fixed salary \+ sales percentage / commission. The fixed salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience, existing network and proven sales results. The commission structure will be directly linked to sales performance. We are looking for someone who wants to own a market, not just manage a list of accounts Compensation Fixed salary \+ % of sales. The fixed salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and proven track record. In addition to the fixed salary, you will earn a percentage of your sales, giving you strong earning potential directly linked to your performance.
