**Job Title:** Aviation Safety Manager **Company:** Passen Group Aviation **About the Role** Passen Group Aviation is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Aviation Safety Manager to lead, develop, and maintain our Safety Management System (SMS). In this critical position, you will oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to ensure the highest standards of flight, ground, and operational safety across all aviation activities while maintaining full compliance with civil aviation regulatory authorities. **Key Responsibilities** * **SMS Leadership:** Manage and continuously refine the corporate Safety Management System (SMS) in full alignment with ICAO standards and civil aviation regulations. * **Hazard \& Risk Management:** Lead comprehensive safety risk assessments, maintain the hazard register, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies across flight operations and maintenance. * **Incidents \& Investigations:** Oversee aviation incident and accident investigations, conduct root\-cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. * **Auditing \& Compliance:** Conduct internal and external safety audits, quality assurance reviews, and operational evaluations to guarantee regulatory compliance. * **Safety Culture \& Training:** Drive safety promotion initiatives, organize flight and ground safety training programs, and facilitate regular safety committee meetings. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 5\+ years of experience in aviation safety management, flight operations, quality assurance, or airworthiness engineering. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Deep understanding of ICAO SMS frameworks, FAA/EASA aviation safety standards, and civil aviation authority regulations. * **Technical \& Audit Skills:** Certified lead auditor credentials (or equivalent SMS certification) with proven expertise in flight data monitoring (FDM/FOQA) and risk assessment methodologies. * **Education \& Credentials:** Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety, or a related field. Holding a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license is a strong plus. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional risk evaluation capabilities, objective decision\-making, and strong communication skills to lead cross\-departmental safety discussions. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٤٬٦٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
